The Opal Parsian Sangan iron ore pellet factory uses the straight Traveling Grate technology in its production process. Raw materials such as iron ore concentrate, Bentonite, and Sodium hydroxide are mixed to produce raw pellets on rotating discs. These raw pellets undergo two stages of primary standardization and grading before being fired and hardened in the indurating furnace according to a specific heating curve. In mining we find fluids such as: conventional tailings, thickened tailings, pastes, concentrates, etc. These fluids are modeled in most cases as Bingham Plastic Fluids.
