I have the honor and privilege of hosting an activity during the upcoming Retail Experience Manager Retail Excellence meeting (REM RX) for the Broad River Retail Retail Operations Wizards next week. Over the last couple of days, I've submersed myself in wild creativity as the activity is a lighthearted quiz aimed to assist in rehoning the focus back to the meeting at hand. When offered the opportunity, my big ask was: "What should I cover?" The response? "Dealer's choice." From that moment, the hamster wheel in my head went TURBO, coming up with fun and funny ways to inspire competition and get the team out of normal quizzing comfort zones. Special images have been created, clever questions have been devised, and even a host character has been brought to life for the presentation of this activity. It's been very nice to tap back into a level of performance prep and creativity I haven't visited since my podcasting days. That being said, I look forward to finalizing and presenting what is officially being called: "The After Lunch Fun Time Quiz Thing"!
