ADVOCACY ALERT: Help Us Transform Lives by Empowering Communication! State Representative Jo Doll has filed two important pieces of legislation to support access to essential communication services. Here’s a bit more on why the legislation is important and what you can do to support it. HB 1918 would help expand coverage for hearing aids and associated hearing healthcare for MO HealthNet beneficiaries, which only covers select categories currently, and HB 1917 would require hearing screenings for school-aged children, which is only recommended by the state of Missouri. If you would like to advocate for these bills, you can click the link below to find your state house representative and let them know you support HB 1918 and HB 1917 because your support can help make a difference! https://lnkd.in/ge-Agtfn
