Besides of existing names: China, North Korea, India, Iran and Vietnam, #Russia finds their new #allies in West Pacific rim, a global economic hub who could bring a lof of benefits to Russia in terms of economic growth, investment, technology, export markets, weapon deals. Morever, #diversification strategy minimizes the sole dependence risk on China.
