Hello as per experience after sales lyold service is not good as per our experience. I had purchased a 5 star 1.5 ton ac in April and from 23rd July error e6 was shown. From that day to till time lyold not be able to rectify my complaint from the last 14 days even though nobody satisfactorily answered and today my service request was cancelled and raise fresh complain. Is it havells???

First work on your existing product line and improving your customer service request instead of coming up with new products. I did a mistake by ordering a fan in the month of June( priced at 7450) from Havells India Ltd and received a defective piece, since then I have been struggling to get that replaced. They keep on closing the service request by marking them as cancelled without even assigning it to a resolution team. I would like to talk to an escalation manager to discuss this matter. Havells India Ltd align someone immediately.

Service request 03082432979527. Our split AC out of warranty but middle of the march 2024 I face problem in ac so hevells service technician come at rectify bu after the 4 moth again face same problem but they not give service free again they ask money.

After multiple follow-ups and what feels like a million phone calls, I must commend you on your unwavering dedication to keeping me on my toes. Your ability to consistently promise prompt service while delivering nothing short of delay after delay is truly remarkable. It's almost as if you've perfected the art of saying "tomorrow" while meaning "never." The sweltering heat has provided an unexpected opportunity for me to really appreciate the simple joys of sweating profusely and drinking copious amounts of lukewarm water. I can't thank you enough for helping me achieve this newfound appreciation. In the unlikely event that you decide to actually show up and fix my air conditioner, I will be sure to notify the Guinness World Records, as I’m sure this level of efficiency deserves recognition on an international scale. dear havells team I have to buy 1 air cooler from croma store in april month but right now air cooler pump not working I have raised the complaint multiple times but still not resolved biggest problem company technician not visit my location but he is update the system customers problem is solved please help what can i do
