2mono, I compartmentalize. I try to engage fully with the activity at hand. if I am doing research I am fully immersed in it. if I am playing golf, I am attempting to merge with every shot. Full engagement to me means efficiency. Playing golf while simultaneously thinking about my next investment is not a good way for me to go about things.
