Great culture, great product, very low friction sales cycle, because groundcover's eBPF sensor provides users almost everything they need out of the box (logs, metrics, traces, K8s events and health), with zero configuration, zero training, making it much easier to adopt. Most of our customers start with a free trial and get value without any help from us. Does that sound like your current product you are selling? Probably not. For those organizations that are using prometheus, OTel, Grafana etc., our platform is 100% open source friendly and we can integrate that data seamlessly. I am looking to build a sales hub here in Minnesota, so if you are a proven new logo hunter, with a background in observability, I have one spot left for someone to join my team, and join us a couple days a week in the office, while still having the flexibility or working from home, but must be based in Minnesota. Customers using legacy products, love the groundcover experience as it is so very different than what they are used to. Nothing like this exists in the market.
