Mahesh Gupta Everyone Byecott Kent Products in India. Worst experience. Within 1 year of installation, the RO water filter starts giving problem. Service calls are useless, technicians don’t visit in time and thier senior regional staff misbehaves with customers. Technician will force you to change the equipment at every service call which will cost you minimum of Rs.5000/- it’s just the cartels of technicians and their seniors to make quick money. Never get into trap of their tall promise. All are hands in gloves. Even their senior management don’t listen. Immediate action needs to be taken for cheating and fraudulent state of affairs of Kent RO system. They can hire celebrity for their third class product but can’t spend on service improvement.

To my Fire/ EMS professionals…. Do you know anyone that left “the job” early (under the age of 50 and without 20 years of service)? What field did they switch to? Were they able to move into a midlevel or executive position OR did they get positioned into an entry level job? Our field is comprised of progressive, analytical and rapid problem solvers, but are those skills actually valued and sought after outside our Fire/EMS world?

🚗 Recently, I visited a car service center for a quick wash and found myself in a bit of a rush. My car ended up with a new team member, while a more experienced technician was taking a break. Initially concerned about time, I approached the senior technician to expedite the process. What followed was a valuable lesson in perspective. The new team member took his time, meticulously ensuring every detail was covered and validated. On the other hand, the experienced technician, while efficient, occasionally overlooked finer points. This experience shifted my thinking on the importance of learning attitudes versus sheer experience. While experience is undoubtedly valuable, attitude and a willingness to learn are equally crucial. Clients may initially value experience, but they ultimately appreciate individuals who show dedication, thoroughness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. #LearningAttitude #ContinuousImprovement #CustomerService #CareerGrowth

Disruption of loss productivity There are numerous mechanisms for analysing the loss productivity. 1- measured mile takes into consideration actual progrees at the jobsite. 2- Earned value it’s relie on the planned manhours In this video I have explained the measured mile as is one of favoured techniques for analyzing the loss productivity. For instance, the progress of actual work at the job site for building one floor it took 2 weeks during aperiod unaffected by disruption events, as opposed to the same area of the floor it took 3 weeks to get it done on aperiod which was affected by disruptive events,in conclusion, the contractor is eligible one week as a dirsuption claim. #planning #usaconstduction #delayanalysis #training #ksaconstruction #ahmedibrahim #globalclaims #canda #usa #egypt
