6 Benefits of leading an ERP implementation project A lot of ERP implementation projects fail as they are considered to be IT projects. The business itself is not sufficiently enough consulted and as a result not all requirements are taken into consideration. Ultimately this can lead to frustration and loss of interest in the system itself. A business minded project manager is able to reconcile the business requirements and the system's capabilities. An ERP project starts before the implementation. A good preparation ensures that frustration and stress are not a limiting factor during the project. Want to know more?
