Faced with a staff shortage and only three in-house developers, they sought a solution. Opting against hiring developers in the UK due to high costs (link with salaries info in comment) and the impracticality of working with freelancers, they turned to Qubit Labs to establish an offshore development center in Eastern Europe. We took charge of the hiring process and bridged the internal and remote teams by managing personnel hiring, onboarding, retention, and offboarding. The partnership yielded exceptional results in project growth.
