New outcomes research from our Butler Center for Research reveals that Hazelden Betty Ford’s comprehensive approach to care is highly effective, with 74% of patients reporting sobriety one year after starting treatment. These results surpass the 40-60% sobriety rates found in other studies. Even better: 88% of survey respondents rated their overall quality of life as good or better – nearly 20% higher than the national average. Hazelden Betty Ford CEO Joseph Lee M.D. emphasizes: "Treatment at Hazelden Betty Ford addresses all the complexities, all together, and is focused on empowering recovery that lasts. That's why I suspect our outcomes are strong, why our hope and passion for the families we serve is so strong, and why people come to us with the goal of thriving in recovery, not just surviving addiction."
