I'm excited that on Monday September 16, 2024 at 10 am EST / 7am PST / 3pm BST / 4pm CET / 7:30pm I will be hosting a Learn from Leaders session focused on the results of Seramount’s research, “DEI Backlash: What Employees Really Think.” When I saw the ground breaking results of this study, I knew it had to be shared again and again and as widely as possible.    These are indeed challenging times for DEI as organizations grapple with navigating the complexities of identity politics that are polarizing our societies and organizations. Now more than ever it is imperative that we figure out a way to focus our energy, stay the course and have an impact.   I am thrilled that Barbara Frankel, Managing Director, Insights at Seramount will be joining me as we unpack the insights from this just-in-time study.      While the study is focused on the US, it has global implications as the ramifications in the US ripple across DEI globally. What makes these Learn from Leaders sessions special are the global attendees from countries ranging from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Turkey, Spain, Peru, India, Finland, France, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, UAE, Rwanda, Malawi, Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil and China - and across the private, non-profit and government sectors.
