This separation is reinforced by siloed opportunities: AMS listings, community platforms, buyers guides, tradeshows, etc. By rethinking policies and better utilizing the available technology, associations can create a “bazaar” where industry partners can interact with members on many levels. These opportunities will bring value to partners, members, and associations. In this session, participants will learn ways to use existing technology to better incorporate industry partners into their community and how that translates into revenue for the association. "Should I sponsor that event?" The answer depends. I've had some colleagues say that having a booth at an event is a waste of time that results in no sales. I've seen other companies who seem to sponsor everything they can. The real answer comes down to figuring out what your return will be.
