Patient care is our top priority. Here's just one story: "When talking to a patient during their monthly call, the patient's care coordinator, Karen, was concerned that her patient did not seem to be herself. Karen had to repeat questions and the patient paused often, which was unusual for this patient. Karen spoke with the husband and followed up with a call to the practice.
