HCC Solicitors’ Post

A very heart warming and inspirational post by Zuzanna Radlo, who has completed her first 6 months at HCC Solicitors 🎉 Thank you for all of your hard work so far, and we look forward to seeing you progress even further👏

(Dog cuteness incoming) Looks like Bentley wanted to be a part of my celebratory post… I don’t blame him! 🥳 Today marks 6 months since I’ve joined HCC Solicitors and this has absolutely flown by. For the past 6 months, I have been simultaneously working and learning on the go and it has been nothing short of incredible. Being part of such an amazing group of legal professionals, who I can call colleagues and learn from daily, is an opportunity I will continue to make the most out of. From client meetings to legal conferences… my horizons and knowledge has expanded faster than I could’ve ever imagined. Each day, I feel like I’m getting better at my job. Each day is different and since my first day, I have logged off each day having learnt and accomplished something new. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and support from Heather Petrie - an incredible, hardworking and down-to-earth lawyer who I’m incredibly lucky to work alongside and learn from. After 6 months, I can confidently say I am where I’m meant to be. Being able to make a difference to people’s lives and provide such high quality work is something to cherish and be proud of. If I could give anyone starting off in the legal profession one piece of advice it would be this: Find a firm which values people and their talents. Find a firm which invests in you and truly wants you to be the best lawyer you can be. Find a firm which has an approachable and supportive community. Find a firm which truly cares and looks out for their clients, especially in their hardest times. Find a firm which not only grows you as a professional, but as a person. And that is exactly what I found and love about HCC Solicitors Here’s to another 6 months.. and many more after that! 🎉 🥂
