Hospice care is meant to make patients with a terminal diagnosis as comfortable as possible – and this includes improving the quality of their life for the months and days they have left. We can’t add days to your life but we can help add life to your days. Maybe it’s taking that bucket list fishing trip with your buddies. Or skydiving! Maybe it’s as simple as feeling well enough to enjoy a daily meal at the table (instead of in bed) with your family. Quality probably looks a little different for each patient and we’re here to help you navigate what YOUR individual end-of-life journey looks like.
