Great insights from Big Think on the issues we're facing in the #accounting world, with some possible solutions! To name a couple: - Companies have started paying for students education to attain the additional credits, study materials, and licensing fees to sit for the CPA Exam. - Accreditation institutions are starting to explore internships and work experience as possibly substitutes to sit for the CPA exam. - Career flexibility. #9 Years on LinkedIn Today, while casually checking my LinkedIn about section, I stumbled upon the join date – June 2014. Almost 9 years ago, and not a single post until now. 🤯 So, here it is, my inaugural post… 5 Years completed in the noble profession of Chartered Accountancy! 🎉 Yes, you heard it right – 5 years, and it feels like time slipped through my fingers. ⏳ From the beginning, I held onto a dream: to have my own office, where a dedicated team collaborates under my leadership. The journey wasn't a walk in the park; challenges were aplenty. 💼 Opting for Practice over a Big 4 job or other industry wasn't everyone's advice, but it was my calling. 🚀 Here's to the dreamers, the challenges faced, and the victories earned🥂 #ProfessionalMilestone #CharteredAccountancy #LinkedInDebut
