Reflecting on Seetharaman's journey with Smart Joules takes me back to 2016-17 when he reached out from Chennai with a bold proposition: "I can help you expand with Hospitals in the South." Initially cautious, I chose to overlook the first couple of emails, wary of empty promises. But Seetharaman's persistence prompted me to take a chance, and what followed was nothing short of remarkable.
In just six days, Seetharaman showcased his efficiency by swiftly providing four impeccably filled energy assessment reports – a true moment that made me "Experience the Wow". Within two months, our collaboration bore fruit with our first customer in the South, marking the beginning of a transformative partnership.
Since then, Seetharaman has been the embodiment of a wild card – not the conventional recruit from a standard interview process, but a hustler par excellence.
