We are seeking a provider who has primary care experience to join us 4 ½ days per week with a ½ day on Fridays, splitting their time providing primary care within our two offices in Fort Worth and Arlington. The schedule will be Mon, Wed, Friday at Fort Worth and Tues, Thursdays at our Arlington Clinic. Our state-of-the-art clinics are about 15 minutes apart. We are offering competitive compensation and full benefits! No call, nights, or weekends. The incoming Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will be taking over the current patients and building the PCP. Requirements: 2 years’ experience in Primary care required Currently working within the SWHR ACO is a plus. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner Program PA/NP Licensed to practice in TX Schedule: Mon/Wed 9-6 Tues/Thur 9-5 Fri 9-1 No nights, no on-call, no weekends Salary: $115k-$125k plus bonus up to $40k Total compensation up to $155k-$165k Benefits: Bonus compensation PTO/Vacation Health insurance Continuing ed covered Full Benefits We are looking for a compassionate and experienced provider to join our practice full time in the Fort Worth area, providing our patients with high quality primary care.
