Pathetic Service by HDFC Bank – Unethical Charges and Ignored Customer Requests! Ticket I'd - ‘736478877’ Formal Complaint Against HDFC Bank for Unfair Charges and Practices I am extremely disappointed with the way HDFC Bank has handled my account and customer service requests. Over the past few months, I have been subjected to unjustified "low balance maintenance charges," despite multiple requests to convert my savings account into a salary accounts. Details of my experience: 1.HDFC Bank has repeatedly ignored my requests to change my account type to a salary account, which would have prevented these deductions. 2.They continue to deduct hefty charges without providing any clear communication or warnings, even when I’ve tried to maintain the minimum balance. 3.These charges seem nothing short of exploitation, preying on customers unaware of hidden terms and conditions. I have attempted to resolve this with the bank, but my concerns have been blatantly ignored. This lack of transparency, coupled with the financial loss caused by these unfair deductions, is unacceptable from a bank of such repute.

It’s no longer just about the deductions; it’s about how this bank clearly doesn’t care about the customer experience. I’ve clearly detailed how I was mistreated, yet there has been no acknowledgment or action taken. Branch manager Mr. Rajeev Saxena He personally promised a refund of Rs 5,310, yet only Rs 4,500 was reversed, with no prior mention of GST deductions. I will attach the statement copy here, which does not mention anything about GST deductions. And the insult and disrespect I endured? Completely ignored. Is this your idea of customer support? What a disgrace. Mr. Saxena lacks basic etiquette in dealing with customers.He is rude and arrogant,and despite informing the organization, no action has been taken. This clearly demonstrates the lack of customer care that this organization exhibits.It's utterly shameful. If anyone is considering opening an account with HDFC Bank, be prepared to leave your self-respect at the branch door, as you will be dealing with incompetent staff who don’t even know how to speak to customers. The organization has yet to inform me of any action taken against Mr. Rajeev Saxena. This is pure harassment and shows that HDFC Bank Bank has no interest in addressing how its customers are treated.
*Alert**Stay away from HDFC Bank HDFC Limited HDFC Bank Credit Cards I wanted to share some serious concerns regarding credit card from HDFC bank, I had 2 fraudulent transactions from my HDFC credit card, on 07/08/2024, and my phone was hacked, and we got message & email for the debit happened of huge amount, immediately we received message to confirm from HDFC bank, and we marked it as dispute transaction and confirmed 'No' and raised complaint for both the transactions, and did cyber crime complaint and provided them, and waited for 20 days and they replied its an authenticated transaction and customer is liable for this, I called customer N number of times and emailed them but no positive response. The HDFC Bank HDFC Limited did not take up the matter with fraudulent bank to hold the amount. Also HDFC is not supporting cyber crime cell, Is this how it is becoming no. 1 bank??
