Worst ever service. Have account for 3 decades. Now,  since Mar 2024 not receiving otp for either bank or credit card transactions.  Your customer care and dedicated relationship managers are talking non sense and do not get into root cause.  Your system is neither fool proof.  There is data breach and tampering. To cover up your emp says change SIM in different slot,  restart mobile,  contact service provider and adding to the pain,  visiting nearest branch also no resolution.  Passing bucket and no responsibility taken.  You want to invest customer's  hard earned money and zero service when customer needs your support.  Brand image can take you to heights and put you to rock bottom if customer data is not in safe hands.  You ex employees partner with cyber crime...

Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response, and my request has been closed. Please urgently investigate this issue. I am willing to provide all necessary details in a private message. The CRM case numbers related to this matter are: 1. 47553956 2. 47628411 I have already submitted the necessary documents and a cybercrime report to the Zirakpur branch, but no action has been taken. HDFC Bank and Pizza Hut, recently I tried to avail a voucher obtained from you at a Pizza Hut outlet. This voucher was generated by your partner, @Gyfter. But at the Pizza Hut outlet, I was shocked to have been told that the voucher was already redeemed. Customer care of @Gyfter told me it was redeemed at Rohtak, a place I've never visited. I'm certain I've not shared it with anyone and my email wasn't hacked. HDFC Bank and Pizza Hut please take up this issue with @Gyfter as there are many other complaints posted by users where their vouchers are found to have been already utilized thousands of kms away without their knowledge. These voucher codes are being leaked by someone.

Hi all, I just want to update & aware all the customers to do not use credit card account in HDFC bank as it is a fraud bank who only do frauds with their customers. No customer care, No customer experience, Auto deduct amount from customer account, No one there in their branch to help & ruin your life. Customer care no is always not reachable. #HDFCCREDIRCARD department is one of the biggest fraud in india. I will keep posting untill it will reach to the #governmentofindia #HDFCCREDITCARD #HDFCBANK

Worst banking services in india with hdfc bank I have an account in hdfc bank but after sometime bank is hold my funds as a debit freez. I made payments from my other bank to hdfc bank and hdfc bank freez my account. 9818980208 tmiconsultantpartner@gmail.com

They are issue a loan on disputed property after that questioning they complaint to my nearest police station.Not accepting your mistake,blaming each other.I am stuck in very bad situation whenever we had to take HL from HDFC.Requested to everyone please make distance to HDFC.
