Media Buyers & Google Analysts: These professionals can set up and run campaigns just once, leaving them with plenty of free time for the rest of the month. Their main tasks include adjusting ads and collecting results. The more skilled they are, the more campaigns they can handle, making full-time jobs less rewarding. Since their expertise is in demand from various countries, they often prefer hourly rates over full-time positions. 2. Graphic Designers 🧑💻:Graphic designers are creative individuals who need a variety of projects to stay engaged. They have the capacity to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and can easily become bored 😑 with static work, making full-time roles less appealing. 3. Motion Graphics Designers: Similar to graphic designers, motion graphics designers are highly sought after, even more so than their graphic design counterparts. Their work is often paid per minute of video editing. Given the potential to earn the equivalent of a monthly salary (e.g., 30k, 40k, 50k) in just 3-4 video editing projects, full-time positions may not be as attractive to them.

Is a Social Media Manager a Graphic Designer? I want to discuss something that's been bothering me. It seems that many job listings for social media managers require graphic design skills. While I believe it's beneficial for social media managers to have some knowledge of graphic design, I also think that these are distinct roles and should be filled by different individuals. I have a passion for design and have made an effort to learn graphic design. However, juggling both roles of a social media manager and a graphic designer is quite challenging. It takes a lot of time to brainstorm and create designs, in addition to creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience. Balancing both roles is exhausting, and I often struggle to meet deadlines. I believe that every social media manager should either have a graphic designer to support them or receive additional compensation for taking on design responsibilities. How to find the perfect employee: my journey How many people do you have to go through to find the right one? In September, at OKAD Agency, we had over 20 projects, a significant increase from our usual maximum of 10 projects. This growth necessitated an urgent expansion, primarily in the area of designers. ➡️I started by posting ads on Instagram and designer groups. There were a lot of people who wanted to join us. I got over 400 replies for a graphic designer alone! ➡️ The hiring team filtered out the top 50, then our lead designer reviewed the portfolios, selected 3 and gave out test ones. ➡️ In some cases we asked clients for feedback. Often we don't choose based on skills, but on style. From 400 applicants we found several new graphic designers. Careful selection and a step-by-step approach helps us build a great creative team. We're creating innovative solutions, receiving referrals, expanding, and actively searching for new talent to be prepared for any client challenge. 💡Have you expanded your team?
