I completely agree, retaining top talent is as important as hiring top talent for companies. Companies that focus on both aspects tend to have more stable, motivated, and high-performing teams, which ultimately leads to long-term success.
In addition to hiring top talent, companies should all be focused on retaining top talent. Finding the best is important but so is keeping the amazing folks that you already have engaged, energized, and feeling valued. A few ways some of the best companies do this: —Regular career growth conversations —Competitive compensation —Flexibility —Meaningful work Hire great people. But keep great people, too.
