Chances are you’re missing out on patient bookings and leaving money on the table by neglecting this foundational strategy. I see practice owners, and even large clinics, who are looking to grow their business make this mistake all of the time. The issue being not focusing on structuring joint ventures within the community. It’s a major mistake because properly structured joint ventures can be an incredibly lucrative strategy to grow your practice with ideal patients. Unfortunately, 99.9% of the time the joint ventures that practitioners think they set up are really just passive and a waste of time. As a result, they end up working harder than they need to be handing out business cards, meet and greets, doctors lunches, and “getting their name out there.” with often little to show for it. Some people will get lucky and nap a few referrals here and there but nothing consistent, predictable, or scaleable. One of the best ways to get high-quality new patients (and one of my favorites) is Joint Ventures. In today's world, JV's are still one of the best ways to market your business whether you are a 7-figure clinic or a start-up solo practitioner and I will be breaking down the strategy I have been using for years to consistently produce niche patients. So if you want to attract more ideal patients consistently while building better omnipresence in your community grab the worksheet for the training here: https://lnkd.in/gyQqQ4xg And I’ll email you when we go live this Thursday!
