Dear Hiring Managers, If you can draft a 1,500-word job posting that includes phrases like “must excel under pressure” (a.k.a. organized disorder), you can certainly include a salary range. Here’s why: 1️⃣ Clarity matters. Job seekers aren’t mind readers. If the details are vague, we’ll scroll past without a second thought. 2️⃣ It’s not a guessing game. People have bills to pay, families to support, and lives to live. No one wants to walk into an interview trying to decode their worth. 3️⃣ Openness builds trust. When you leave out pay information, candidates naturally wonder—what else is being left unsaid? Here’s a tip: Clear communication shows respect for job seekers’ time and effort. Be transparent. Share the salary. It benefits everyone. #PayTransparency #FairHiring #RespectCandidates #JobSearch

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀? I urge HR professionals, recruiters, and job posters to include a salary or salary range in job listings, or at the very least, share it during the telephonic interview. Recently, I had an experience where a company refused to disclose their salary bracket, even after multiple inquiries. Despite sharing my current salary, I was assured the offer would depend on my “AaXperience.” 🙄😏 I traveled 20 KM to their office for an interview, only to be offered a salary far below my expectations "30K for a Social Media Manager role". 🤬 It was not even close to my current salary package. :/ This lack of transparency wastes candidates' time, energy, and resources. Employers need to value the effort candidates put into interviews and approach hiring with empathy and respect. Have you faced a similar experience? Let’s discuss this in the comments. #Hiring #Jobpost #Hiringprocess #HR #HRjobs #Salary #Socialmediaposts #trending #Ameequemallick

HR: Posts job listing. No salary range. Candidate: Submits resume. HR: “We’re really impressed with your background! What are your salary expectations?” Candidate: “What’s the range for this role?” HR: “It’s competitive. Just let us know your number.” Candidate: “$150K.” HR: “Oh, that’s outside our budget.” Candidate: Logs off, deletes LinkedIn, screams into the void. Let’s cut to the chase: Put the salary range in the job posting. 👉 Vague ranges like "$50,000-$300,000" are ridiculous. 👉 “Competitive salary” isn’t a strategy—it’s avoidance. Here’s why pay transparency matters: ✅ It saves time. ✅ It builds trust. ✅ It shows you respect candidates and their time. The best talent isn’t here for your salary guessing game. Be upfront. Be honest. Be better. Agree? Let’s keep the conversation going—like, comment, or share. And follow me for more real talk about hiring!

If you don’t post the salary range in your job ad, we’re going to assume you’re underpaying and not apply. In today’s job market, transparency is key to attracting top talent. Job seekers want to know upfront what they can expect in terms of compensation. Without this information, you risk losing qualified candidates who might assume the worst and move on to more transparent opportunities. By including salary ranges in your job postings, you show respect for candidates’ time and set the stage for open, honest discussions. We need to foster a culture of transparency and trust in the hiring process. The trust between people hiring and jobseekers is already so fractured. So again, please post the salary range in job ads and make this job-seeking process easier. Thank you! #JobSearch #SalaryTransparency #Hiring #Recruitment #WorkplaceCulture

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀! It’s time to question the status quo. Why are so many job openings missing crucial details like the salary range? ➔ 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Stop accepting interviews without knowing the salary range upfront. Imagine investing time, energy and resources in interviews only to discover the role doesn’t meet your financial needs. Save yourself the frustration and insist on knowing the salary range before you accept the interview. ➔ 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀: One of the corporate cultures that needs to be cancelled in your company in 2024 is not disclosing salary ranges in job postings. Posting salary ranges up front isn’t just a best practice; it’s a sign of respect. It helps you attract candidates who are genuinely interested and qualified, and it streamlines the hiring process. Salaries should be included in all job postings. Transparency benefits everyone. Let’s make it a standard practice to include salary ranges in job ads and ask for them when they’re not provided. What’s your take on this? Share your thoughts! Dear Job Seekers, Let's Talk! 📍 "HR doesn't respond!" "HR tries to lowball salaries!" "HR ghosts candidates!" But let’s take a step back. We are employees too. Just like every role has targets, we do too—finding the right talent within a given time. The recruitment process is a two-way street—it works best when candidates help us help them. Here’s how you can make the process smoother: 📌 When calling an HR professional, introduce yourself with: 🔹 Your function/department 🔹 Your current role & the role you are seeking (Not where you work or live—we don't make hiring decisions based on that!) 📌 When emailing your CV, mention: ✅ Role/Function/Department ✅ Total Years of Experience ✅ Full Time Qualification ✅ Current & Expected CTC (Per Annum) ✅ Notice Period With 1000s of applications flooding in, these details help us filter profiles faster and increase your chances of being considered for future roles. 🚨 One more important tip: Please apply only if your role, experience, and qualifications are relevant to the job opening. The idea that applying randomly will get you noticed? Just 1% chance. Amidst tight deadlines, recruiters work with horse-blinker focus on open positions. And about salary negotiations? We don’t negotiate to save money for ourselves—we work within budgets, just like any other business function. So, let's change the narrative. The more structured your approach, the faster we can find you the right opportunity. It’s a win-win! #Hiring #JobSeekers #HRInsights #Recruitment #CareerTips

HR: Posts JOB without SALARY range. Candidate: Submits resume. HR: “We love your background. What are your salary expectations?” Candidate: “What’s the range for this role?” HR: “It’s competitive. Just tell us your number.” Candidate: “150K” HR: “Well, that’s outside of our budget for this role.” Candidate: Logs off, deletes LinkedIn, and screams into the void. Here’s the deal: Put the damn salary in the job posting. Vague ranges like "$50,000-$300,000" are insulting, and “competitive salary” isn’t fooling anyone. → Pay transparency saves time. → It builds trust. → It shows you actually respect candidates. The best talent isn’t waiting around for your salary guessing game. Be clear. Be upfront. Be better. For more insights like this..
