How Does Your Staff Rate? Great patient service is something that we can learn and must teach to those that work in the practice. It is the people who work in the practice that can either make the patients feel they have made the right choice in the physician they chose or the wrong one. Below are just five rating questions to evaluate how ones patient service skills are and if they need improvement. +I make it easy to do business with us. +I try to discover things about our patients that we may have in common or just to get to know them, so they see we are truly interested in them personally. +I use angry calls as an opportunity to be the most professional I can be and provide the greatest patient service. +I do my job with pride, because I am proud of who I am and what I do. +I know it’s not just what I say, it’s how I say it. I always say it in a positive way. For a full list of questions, email me. Your patients deserve the best service when they come to your practice.

The Power of Customer Attitude, Caring, and Flexibility: A Real-Life Example At our company, we pride ourselves on our unique customer attitude, caring, and flexibility. We go above and beyond to provide the best possible care to our patients and physicians, even in the most challenging situations. 🙌 Let me share with you a story that happened recently that shows how we work as a team to make a difference. 🙌 One of our patients had a serious cardiac event, with multiple pauses in their heart rhythm, lasting up to 12 seconds. Our clinical team tried to reach them and their physician, but they were unavailable. It was Friday afternoon, and the office was closed, with no after-hours number. 😱 That’s when our professional team contacted our local sales representative, who is always ready to help. She managed to get in touch with the medical assistant of the practice, who then contacted the physician, who then called us back. Thanks to the local sales representative’s quick action, we were able to inform the physician about the patient’s condition, and he instructed the patient’s family to take them to the emergency room. The patient received timely treatment, and we were relieved to hear that she was doing well. 😊 This is just one example of how we collaborate across departments to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and physicians. We don’t let any obstacle stop us from delivering the highest quality of care. We are passionate about what we do, and we are always looking for ways to improve. 💯 #customerattitude #caring #flexibility #teamwork #qualitycare #mct #telehealth #Gmedical #spider

I struggled with inefficiencies and lost revenue in my practice for years. Decades of experience. Advanced medical degrees. But still, revenue leakages. The constant financial challenges made me feel like giving up. So, I turned to MD Revenue Group for medical billing services. If your practice is facing similar issues: Swap manual billing for professional billing services. Quit dealing with claim denials and let experts handle it. Build a financially healthy practice that allows you to focus on patient care. 1 month with MD Revenue Group → 10x more revenue efficiency. Lesson? Focus on what you do best – patient care. Let MD Revenue Group handle the rest. PS: I've seen practices transform their financial health because they chose MD Revenue Group. I love it!

Independent Professional Patient Advocate, Credible Messenger, Kidney Health Coach, Author, AI Distributor
St. Peter’s Medical Center in New Brunswick New Jersey, has apparently either not received or failed to pay close attention to the importance of providing a great patient experience to the patient or the patient’s support network. No one should have to make 5 phone calls, speak to 5 different people in reference to a letter that was incorrectly sent and still after two months have no resolution. Also the sending of ghost letters by ghost employees should be highly discouraged. So I am leaving information on the importance of providing a great patient experience. Please feel free to share as I am sure that I am not the only one who has experienced a horrid patient experience. The importance of providing a great patient experience: A medical facility that adheres to building and following the steps of ensuring that all patients receive a great patient experience know that doing so builds a great sense of trust in the facility and their employees, leads to a patient satisfaction which in turn becomes a great referral source which improves the facility’s financial picture. A great patient experience should not stop when the patient is discharged nor does it happen when departments point fingers instead of working as a team of one.
