Excellent internship opportunity

The Fusion of Medical Precision and Creative Expression 💊🎥 During my internship at Servier Pharmaceutical's Medical and Patient Affairs department, I had an opportunity to contribute to world health day digital campaign.   My learnings from this task are: ⤷ The fine art of mixing medical facts with creative storytelling, like carefully curating the words and visuals to communicate the right message in a visually appealing way to the audience, using statistics and infographics. ⤷ The process went through many cuts and edits. The process involved teamwork between the creative and medical teams. Each frame went through strict checks to ensure total accuracy and patient-friendly messaging, showing Servier's focus on responsible health communication. ⤷ I understood how to have a growth mindset and be open to diverse inputs to beautifully blend art and science for patient education. The software utilized for this task was - Canva. The sites utilized for this task were – Pubmed.com, Medscape.com, JACC, and ACC Journal. This task during my internship with Servier India Private Limited taught me how to carefully collaborate with people from different departments to discuss, brainstorm, and get my creative freedom to deliver the outcome that the organization caters to, which is priorities Patient first.

🌟Exciting News! 🌟 Happy to share, that I have successfully completed my Technical Internship (TIP) at Teva Pharmaceuticals. This experience has been incredibly insightful, where I could practically learn the corporate MNC functioning, enormous learning and cross-functional collaboration. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dynamic and supportive team. Special thanks to Prasad Shivalkar, Rudradaman Singh, Sabir Mohammad, Raunak Verma, Dhanya Nair for making this Technical Internship invaluable. A few key learnings from the internship being:- 1) Global Outlook of the Pharmaceutical Industry - Understanding Global Trends: Insights into global trends, regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. - Exposure to International Markets: Observed how pharmaceutical companies navigate international markets and regulatory variations. 2) Importance of Research & Development Centre - R&D Significance: Learned about the critical role of analytical and formulation research and development, preclinical testing, and validation. - Government initiatives to promote spending on R&D and support policies related to it. 3) Working with Diverse Internal Teams - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gained understanding of various functions like Corporate Affairs, Policy Advocacy, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Publishing and CSR initiatives. - Business integration: Collaboration with corporate functions and plant teams for a better understanding of various departments 4) Importance of Teamwork - Effective Communication: Recognized the importance of being a good listener and communicator for effective teamwork. - Presentation Skills- Got an opportunity to research, comprehend and prepare global presentations which were highly appreciated by global/internal teams. 5) Importance of Clinical Trials and Bioequivalence Studies - Clinical Trials: Understood the significance of clinical trials in evaluating the safety and efficacy of new drugs. - Regulatory Compliance: Appreciated the meticulous planning and execution needed for regulatory compliance. - Patient Safety: Recognized the ethical responsibility of ensuring patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness. #tevapharmaceuticals #Internship #professionalgrowth #pharmaceuticalindustry #careerdevelopment #patientcentricity

I had the privilege of delivering a talk during the Orientation Day at my University, for the new pharmacy students. It was an inspiring moment to stand before the future pharmacists and share some insights into what they need to focus on during their academic journey. I emphasized the importance of: 🔸 Mastering Core Knowledge: A deep understanding of pharmaceutical sciences is essential. Always stay curious and never hesitate to ask questions. 🔸 Practical Experience: Engage in internships, workshops, and hands-on practice.
