HealthKart ,what is wrong with you guys? I placed a prepaid order worth over 9k using your app, which was expected to be delivered on the 5th of June. It's been almost 10 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates either from you or the courier partner. So, I decided to cancel my order as it was delayed on your end. Every time I connect to your agents for cancellation, they tell me, "Sir, we have initiated the cancellation, and the order will be canceled in 48 hours, and you will get the refund." But this is not happening. Every time I connect again, they ask me to wait for 48 hours and do not even reply properly. I know this is not the correct platform to raise a concern, but you have the worst customer care. I cannot connect to an executive on the phone. If I choose to chat with an agent, they do not reply promptly (I have to wait around 5 minutes after each message to get a reply). This is the reason I have to connect over a social media post. I have a premium membership account, and this is what premium members have to go through. You have lost one loyal customer.
