In education, it's vital to foster not only the success of our students but also the growth and achievements of our teachers. Their success is our success, and acknowledging their hard work sends a powerful message to the entire school community. Here we surprised our latest graduates during an assembly by celebrating their accomplishments in front of the students. We honored them with caps and flowers, recognizing their dedication as lifelong learners who continuously strive to improve their practices and educational background. This public celebration wasn’t just a token of our appreciation—it was a teaching moment. By highlighting the achievements of educators, we show our students that learning doesn't stop after school. Our teachers are role models, demonstrating that personal and professional growth is a lifelong journey. When students see their mentors actively pursuing new knowledge, it encourages them to value learning and develop an appreciation for the dedication that goes into teaching. #LifelongLearning #TeamSuccess #CelebrateGrowth #EducationLeadership #EducationManagement #StaffWellness #TeacherRecognition #EdLeadership #SchoolCommunity #ProfessionalDevelopment #TeachersSupportingTeachers #WholeChildApproach #StaffMotivation #EducationMatters #InspiringEducators #WellbeingInSchools #LeadershipInEducation #principal_mari

**Document Title: The Importance of SEBA Organization and Leadership Clubs in Schools** In today's society, the SEBA organization coupled with leadership clubs in schools functions as a crucial safety net that is often overlooked until a crisis occurs. Much like insurance, which people may feel unnecessary until an unforeseen event strikes, these organizations stand as pillars of support and protection for our youth. The prevalence of violence in schools, incidents of suicide, and various other challenges that children face are issues that many may believe will not affect their community or school. However, as time progresses and the influence of social media grows, no institution is immune to such occurrences. It is essential to acknowledge that incidents can transpire in any school, and with the unfettered access that children have to social media platforms, the potential risks are heightened. From school shootings to cyberbullying, the landscape of threats faced by students is evolving and necessitates proactive measures to ensure their safety and well-being. The SEBA organization and the leadership clubs within schools play a pivotal role in addressing these concerns. They provide a structured platform for fostering positive behaviors, instilling leadership qualities, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and support among students. Through mentorship, guidance, and educational Life skills initiatives, these organizations empower young individuals to navigate challenges effectively and make informed decisions. In conclusion, the SEBA organization and leadership clubs serve as invaluable assets in safeguarding the welfare of students and creating a conducive learning environment. By recognizing the importance of these entities and actively supporting their initiatives, we can collectively work towards ensuring the safety and holistic development of our youth in an ever-evolving societal landscape. Notes little things turn into big things Warm regards, Walter Hill Executive Director www.seba-leadership.org

Bridges 🌉 One component of the 5th Grade Curriculum at #ICSBudapest is preparing our students for the challenges of Middle Grades. Starting 🌟 this last semester of Early Grades, they will be introduced to new learning structures and approaches. Their daily routine will resemble Middle Grades, with a set schedule and multiple teachers guiding 🐑🐑 🐑 them through various subjects. Ms. Wingler, the 5th Grade Class teacher 🍎 ✏️ , encourages her students to take charge of their learning. They are expected to be more responsible with their homework, assignments, and personal belongings. During Advisory class time, they work on improving their study skills 🤓 📖 and setting achievable goals 🎯. Throughout this semester, the 5th graders will also take on leadership roles 📣 among the younger grades and interact more with Middle Grades students, fostering relationships between the two groups. Lunch 🥪 and recess 🏀 schedules will align with Middle Grades, allowing them to reconnect 👭 🔗 👬 with old friends. The ultimate goal is for these students to feel confident 💪 and empowered as they embark 🛤️ on their Middle Grades journey. While parents (and Ms. Wingler) may shed a few tears at the year-end 5th Grade Blessings Chapel, they can rest 🛏️ assured their children are prepared to cross over 🌉 👣 to the next level. “Learning is not attained by chance; it must be sought for with ardor and diligence.”– Abigail Adams -- #5thgrade #middlegrades #growingup #learning #leadership #shaping #newways #gobulldogs #internationalschools #christianschools #christianeducationmatters #christianeducation #teachingoverseas #internationalteaching
