Recruiting isn't just about filling positions but finding individuals who resonate with our company's soul. That's why I firmly believe in authentically showcasing our company culture. When candidates explore opportunities, I want them to feel like they're peeking behind the curtain and getting to know us on a deeper level. Whether through the genuine stories shared by our team members, the vibrant snapshots of our company events, or the day-in-the-life tales that paint a picture of our work environment, I want every candidate to understand what makes us tick. But here's the magic: this transparency isn't just about attracting top talent; it's about finding the perfect fit. When candidates see themselves reflected in our culture, they bring skills, passion, and purpose. And that's the secret sauce to building a team that thrives together. I have gone through both positive and negative experiences during my transition journey. There were instances where I faced rejection and did not receive any communication or appreciation for my time, which made me feel defeated. However, there were other instances where I received excellent feedback from companies who were transparent about the reasons for not selecting me. Although I did not get the job, I felt empowered by the valuable feedback that would help me improve. So, let's open our doors wide and invite talented individuals to join our tribe.
