At Bayer, we believe in the active inclusion of women in society and the workplace. With continued discussion and policies towards women empowerment and growth, things are changing for the better. One of the crucial aspects is continuing the conversation on women’s health issues and encouraging everyone to talk about it. At Bayer we are determined to keep this conversation front and center of society’s consciousness. This is what drives our outreach initiatives - #Bayerforher and #Bayer4health – a space for people to come forward and talk, gain access to credible information, and seek counsel from healthcare practitioners. Let’s remember, a strong society needs healthy women. #Healthforall #inspiringinclusion #inspiringconversationsonhealth

An important event is being organized to unite individuals with similar mindsets and engage in discussions about the challenges women encounter in the corporate world. This event provides a platform to address the lack of consideration and understanding in corporate rules and systemic regulations regarding women's needs in the workplace. It's both surprising and disheartening that in the year 2024, there is still a sense of shame and concern associated with taking time off to rest during a woman's monthly cycle. Personally, I find it necessary to take a break during the first two days of my cycle, as it significantly impacts my productivity for the entire week and month ahead. The reluctance of some company leaders to acknowledge and accommodate this regular need reveals a concerning lack of insight into women's health and well-being. Viewing the act of taking a few days off each month as abnormal reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of how to truly be effective and efficient. Merely physically showing up at the office does not equate to being mentally or emotionally present. It is disheartening to witness many women of our generation opting to exit the corporate realm due to the realization that this lifestyle is unsustainable. The allure of the social media portrayal and narratives often blinds us to the harsh reality that the current ecosystem does not adequately support entrepreneurship, especially for women. The compounded challenges of venturing into entrepreneurship as a woman add another layer of difficulty. This trend of individuals leaving their jobs to pursue independent ventures not only disperses talent but also hinders collective efforts to revamp and enhance existing structures. Instead of uniting to bring about positive change and advancement in established systems, many are choosing to go their separate ways, neglecting the potential for growth and collaboration. While the discussion on this topic could continue indefinitely, I invite you to explore and participate in this event. Secure your tickets and join us for a significant and enriching day of dialogue and empowerment. 🌟 Celebrating International Women's Day! 🌟 At AI Nexus Healthcare, we are proud to honor the incredible achievements of women worldwide. This International Women's Day, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering #inclusivity and empowering women in #healthcare. From closing the #gendergap in access to care to promoting diversity in leadership roles, we are dedicated to driving positive change every day. "It is critical that we develop and implement technologies and #healthsolutions that cater to all segments of the population. When it comes to #womenshealth, it is paramount to understand the key challenges, barriers and required solutions that apply specifically to women. Healthcare cannot take a one size fits all approach and this sentiment applies no greater than when discussing women’s health", Faramarz Farhoodi, our Founder and President. Together, we can forge women's #equality, celebrate women's achievement, raise awareness about discrimination, and take action to drive #genderparity. Collectively, we can all #InspireInclusion. #genderequality #womeninhealthcare #healthcarforall #gendergap #inclusivehealthcare

Throughout history, countless women have shattered barriers and fought for equality, paving the way for a brighter future for all. Yet, even today, women face unique challenges in accessing quality healthcare. This disparity is rooted in historical biases and a lack of funding for research focused on women's health. As a result, women often face misdiagnoses, inadequate treatment, and higher healthcare costs. This Women's Day, we stand together with the women who came before us and fight for a future where equality and opportunity empower every woman to reach her full potential. Elitone, built by women, for women, is committed to improving women's health. We believe that every woman deserves access to quality care. Happy International Women's Day! our job is done? ….. But our job doesn't end with just wishing women on their special day. It's time to focus on women's health, which is still not given equal importance as men's health. Even though women's health check-ups are becoming more common, it's not yet a priority on a personal level. It's time to create awareness and support, especially from men, to promote women's health check-ups. Kudos to those who already prioritize women's health, but spreading awareness to those who don't is the need of the hour. Do you agree ? Let’s prioritise women health equally! #IWD #womenhealth #equality

“Imagine a world where your phone is too big for your hand, where your doctor prescribes a drug that is wrong for your body, where in a car accident you are 47% more likely to be seriously injured, where every week the countless hours of work you do are not recognised or valued. If any of this sounds familiar, chances are you’re a woman”. This is a summary of the expertly written book 'Invisible Women'. It sheds light on how, in a world largely built based on the male default, we are unconsciously ignoring half the population. The author, Caroline Criado Perez, artfully brings together an impressive range of case studies, stories and new research from across the world that illustrate the hidden ways in which women experience systemic discrimination, and the impact this has on their health and wellbeing. As a social safeguard specialist, I found the analysis in this book to be insightful, thought-provoking, and informative. I highly recommend this book to anyone working in environmental and social safeguards. It delves into all aspects of society, from government policy and medical research to technology, workplaces, transportation, urban planning and the media. If you want to truly empower and celebrate women on this #internationalwomensday, I highly recommend reading this insightful book - it will give you a fresh perspective on the world, one viewed while standing in her shoes.
