Alhamdulillah! Our latest review article titled "A Review of the Health Benefits of Processed Lentils (Lens culinaris L.)" has been published in the Legume Science [CiteScore: 5.6] journal. This is the first full-length review of the health benefits of processed lentils. Previously, there were a lot of reviews on lentils' health benefits, but those reviews were not solely based on processed lentils. Moreover, this is the first paper on which I and my wife, Shahjadi Nur, collaborated. People who are interested can read the review paper by clicking the following link: https://lnkd.in/dtrvcpUt
