Here's what can help: * Make a daily priority list: It helps you stay focused and productive. You can visually break down what you need to do and when. This can help you focus on the most critical tasks first and determine which tasks are urgent and which you can complete later. * Declutter your work space: Messy spaces can inhibit one's ability to concentrate, which can cause anxiety and stress. If you're not sure where to start, try categorizing your items such as documents, electronics, personal items, etc. * Keep track of things in a calendar: This can give you a sense of control.
