Employees want to know they work for a caring leader and company. But more importantly leaders and companies want to be caring people. This means being there for employees, the team, and the community. Thanksgiving is just a week away and food banks are still in need of meals. And Thanksgiving dinner is one of the most expensive dinners of the year! How can you help? Give of your time or money. And it does not need to be a lot of money. When many people donate a small amount, it adds up! Most can give a donation of $5.00. Many can give a donation of $20.00. Some can give a donation of $50.00. A few can give a donation of $100.00 or more. I do not think I have asked you to repost something I put up on LinkedIn, but I am asking you to repost this message. Repost and ask your network to repost. Giving is simple! Just Google food banks near me. Most locations have ways to easily donate. Please go do it now.
