Today is the day! Hitachi Zosen Inova is now Kanadevia Inova. This is a step towards a more unified global presence, strengthening our position as leaders in the Waste-to-X sector, with a focus on decarbonization, the circular economy, and energy security for present and future generations.   Fun fact: Kanadevia Inova is a neologism that combines “kanade," from the Japanese verb “kanaderu,” meaning “to play music in harmony," and “via,” the Latin word for “way” or “method". Thanks to breakthrough CO2 capture technology by our parent company Hitachi Zosen Inova, this Ferrybridge facility is now the UK's first waste-to-energy facility to capture carbon from waste. Most of us are on the sunny side of life: we work in a working environment that allows us to safely return home to our families every evening. We are eternally grateful for this.  Many of our fellow human beings are not so lucky.
