Yes, this is the fundamental paper illustrating that on the level of a data-element there is simply no difference between archetypes and HL7 v3. And on this level (data-element) there is no difference between HL7 v3 and HL7 FHIR. But both archetypes and FHIR need a proper clinical information model to back up the semantics. We invite #damageprevention industry professionals and subject matter experts to submit their session ideas for this year’s Conference to share their unique perspectives, experiences and insights with attendees and help inspire actionable changes as we work toward our shared goal of reducing damages by 50% over the next five years. Sessions will be held in a variety of formats to fit the session topic, including Outcome Focused Presentations, Moderated Debate/Roundtable Discussions, Panels and the CGA Engage Stage. I applaud the conveners of this conference on the implementation and domestic impact of decisions of the African Court. As the conference continues, I want to emphasize the urgent need for effective remedies for human rights violations. The rise in unjust judgments by African courts, has devastating consequences for the continent,, perpetuating economic hardship, poverty, and inequality. I implore the delegates to scrutinize several judgments as case studies, exploring how the African Court's decisions can be enforced to protect human rights and uphold the rule of law. It's crucial to address the impunity perpetuated by the judiciary in Africa and ensure access to justice for the victims. We all must work together to find solutions and strengthen the regional human rights system, holding judicial institutions accountable for their decisions. The suffering of Africans and the erosion of trust in the judiciary demand our collective action.
