Do you show your green flags consistently or does it depend on who you’re working with? These green flags are imperative traits your new supervisor should have when you come to work for a new supervisor. There is a time in the interview process for the interviewee to ask questions of the interview board. Learning as much as you can about your new supervisors leadership style and culture is critical. You will be spending at least 40 hours per week with them. This is also good information to emulate as a high level leader. These are the leadership traits that help you to attract, engage and retain your talent. #leadership #greenflags #leadershipstyle #attract #engage #retain #grow

Nothing kills morale faster than premature discipline. Nothing builds trust faster than providing support before it’s requested.
