Investing in Cleveland pays off. From 2010 to present, a Cleveland index of 35 publicly traded companies outperforms the S&P 500 market index (and the Russell 3000) according to analysis by Robert C. Smith and Andrew Burger, CFA from Cerity Partners. In Q4 2024 there was a dip, as there was with the S&P 500 and Russell 3000 and market as a whole, but over time, Cleveland outperforms.
