Time Management Tip #1 I'll be honest, this one is not so good for people like me who like working on uninterrupted, deep focus work or those of us that don't like a constantly changing focus. But if you like variety in your day or have a series of shorter tasks to do, this technique may work well for you. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that involves breaking work into intervals, typically 25 minutes long, separated by short breaks. Named after a kitchen timer shaped like a tomato (pomodoro in Italian), it helps maintain focus and productivity by promoting regular breaks and reducing distractions. #timemanagement #getstuffdone #knowyournumbers

I love this with little bits of admin or when I know I'm on a short deadline. Clients love it too. But yes you're right, it's not suitable for every task!
