Bonding doesn't just magically happen. - Spend time with them - Hold them & make silly faces - Be present, even when you're not bonding Your baby needs to know they can count on you. And as for you dads who didn't get enough bonding time with your own dads: - Break the cycle - Embrace fatherhood - Give your child the best gift you can give: your time Not to mention, you'll never forget the first time your baby locks eyes with you. If the company culture is struggling, then time is needed to assess our previous approaches.
