We were recently featured in the insightful report “Mind the Gap: Venture Funding of Hydrogen Start-ups” by H2UB. In the report AP Ventures is recognised as the most active investor in hydrogen globally, demonstrating our belief in and commitment to hydrogen as a force for decarbonisation.   The report concludes that while Europe has caught up with the US in early-stage investment, there is still a huge gap between them in terms of scaling-up. AP Ventures US office is up and running! 35% of their portfolio is based in the US, including SAF company Infinium, Amogy and Noble Gas Systems. The US has strong regulatory support for hydrogen and carbon capture technologies, and a active venture ecosystem concentrating on these key drivers of decarbonsiation that they are delighted to support.   AP Ventures’ Calum Ferguson is now based in San Francisco and will be representing AP Ventures as they establish their first office in North America.
