In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, a colleague kindly shared information with me regarding an upcoming call that I had the opportunity to join. This call covered a range of valuable topics, including tips, techniques, and useful tools for raising awareness about mental health. The discussion extended to both our communities and the organizations we are part of. Here are some key takeaways from the call: *Empowering individuals by understanding their rights and available resources related to mental health. *Encouraging open conversations about mental health to reduce the stigma surrounding it. *Recognizing that mental health exists in every aspect of our lives, just like any other element, rather than being confined to a damaged package box. 🤔 #WeAreMagna #EncourageOpenDialogue Let's make the most of this opportunity to broaden our understanding and contribute to creating a supportive environment for mental health awareness. Together, we can make a positive impact 💚

I have considered for days what to share for mental health awareness month. I want to post something because open conversations about it are important to break stigmas, stereotypes, and open channels to get help and support. By being vulnerable, and real about it’s personal impact, I can help those who think they are alone. For me, mental health well-being starts with my self-care, which in turn, enables me to support others. One of my personal practices for self-care is spending time in nature and appreciating its beauty. It's important to take time to find things you enjoy and that make you smile. I strive to promote and enable a culture of care within our organization and community. Let's support each other and make mental health a priority. #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness
