  You are here: Latest Anglian Water begins hunt for £1bn programme delivery partner for £10bn AMP8 plans 18 Nov, 2024 By Rob Hakimian Anglian Water has commenced the process of seeking a programme delivery partner (PDP) to assist with its capital investment strategies over the next 15 years, beginning with an ambitious £10bn plan for the eighth asset management period (AMP8), spanning from 2025 to 2030. The contract, valued at £1bn, is expected to extend until the end of AMP10 in 2040. The selected partner will play a crucial role in executing Anglian Water’s entire investment strategy, which includes extensive projects like constructing two new reservoirs in the Fens and Lincolnshire regions, as outlined in the company’s business blueprint. The water utility giant is poised to establish a framework with a single partner – either a lone supplier or a consortium of suppliers – tasked with delivering comprehensive programme services. The projected duration of this partnership is set at 15 years, with the option for Anglian Water to reassess the collaboration before initiating AMP9 in 2030 and AMP10 in 2035. VGC Group
