How cool is this?! After asking Matthew Westaway for a referral I treated myself to a Christmas present to help generate interest in Solve Referrals: a custom counter from Smiirl which shows a count of the number of delegates I've trained to date. I love it, despite the slightly poor colour reproduction (Samuel Skinner will rap my knuckles).
