Can’t wait to get going on these 2 new searches 🏴 We've been retained by an impressive FinTech who has projects waiting to lift off. Some real headline names invested in them early. In both cases, we're looking for a generalist that can run a business. Been exposed to multiple facets of a business. Someone who has had extreme ownership before: - Started a business before. - launched a new business internally at a company. These would be great profiles providing you meet the below 👇🏼 ⭐ GM - Cross-Border Crypto Payments ⭐ This business is already profitable. Seed stage. You will inherit a small team. Who is the ideal hire? This person needs to understand treasury. Probably FX background - A 'markets' type person that understands exchange control regs, Compliance, Legal etc Stronger you are at legal, the better. Crypto experience would be great but it's secondary to the above (FX and Legal more important). ⭐ GM - Payments Orchestration ⭐ This business is slightly earlier. Pretty much a 0-1 build. Scaling from 1 - 10 in first year. Who's the ideal hire? - Worked at a global PSP (Ideally Orchestration experience) - Someone who can go to a multi-national and sell them payments in 10 market for example. - Bit more of a scrappier profile.
