I’m hiring!
Job descriptions are in the comments 🙂
For those with moderately longer attention spans, a short story:
Why Omni?
Well, I’ve never worked at a company that had analytics totally dialed. We got the right answers (usually through lots of munging), but always struggled with scalability, consistency and adoption.
It always felt hard. It definitely took too long. And it turns out I’m not alone in this experience.
Similar to the HR industry (h/t Rippling), there are a ton of competitors in the space.
Conventional wisdom would lead you to believe this is a bad thing. Quite the opposite. It's a strong positive signal that there is an opportunity to answer an unsolved problem.
Enter Omni.
Our BI platform gives every user – from data engineers to growth hackers to the Excel enthusiasts in finance – the flexibility they need to answer tough questions and drive business strategy. Teams can focus on creating actual value instead of munging, comparing inconsistencies, etc.
And there’s the whole bit about how our founding team are the fine folks that brought you Looker and Stitch.
So, join the thousandth AI startup of the week (check in on your Web3 friends first) or come work at Omni where there’s a clear path to insane outcomes?
Choice is yours.
Either way, you’ll find us in the lab making cool stuff on the internet.
If you want a seat in said lab, I’m hiring for:
Data Advocate: Is SQL your second language? Are there at least 1-2 people in your life you communicate with explicitly through TikToks, memes, and gifs? Do you know an unreasonable amount about some niche technical topic? If yes, this role is probably for you.
Field Marketing and Corporate Events Manager: Do you arrive at the airport on time, check to see if your gate is there, and only then get a cup of coffee? Have you been to a wedding and thought, “AV setup in here ain’t it for this venue”? OK – this one can’t be all humor, you need some event experience in the enterprise software space. The data community is really big on getting together which makes this role prettay fun.
Business Development Manager (BDM): Did you know that salespeople are some of the highest paid people at a given company? Guess what, they all started as BDMs. If you loved math and science in school and want to learn the dark arts of MEDDIC, you’re going to love this job.
Don’t have marketing experience? Don’t see a role you like or think you’re qualified for? Doesn’t matter. Shoot me a message!
