Repeat after me: "I will stay with Jesus, no matter what!" When the going gets tough, remember who is in control. It is often in our weakest moments that we find our greatest strength. As a pastor or church leader, the journey of faith and leadership is riddled with challenges, but I want to encourage you to keep persevering. Starting this journey does not ensure a smooth path, but it does guarantee divine guidance. There will be times when your hands feel heavy, and your knees grow weak, but remember that the same God who helped start this journey will help finish it. He will strengthen you and equip you with the fortitude to keep going forward. Your commitment to stay with Jesus, no matter the circumstances, is a testament to your faith and determination. When you made the decision to lead and serve in God's kingdom, you stepped onto the battlefield between light and darkness. There will be times when darkness attempts to dim the light within you, but take heart in knowing that darkness will TRY, but it will not SUCCEED. The challenges and trials you face are not indicative of being outside of God's plan; they are part of the journey. These moments reveal the weaknesses in your armor, allowing you to grow in faith and resilience. God uses every attack to strengthen you and show Himself powerful in your life. While the battles may be fierce, you never fight alone. The Lord fights alongside you, and the outcome of the battle is in His hands. So walk with peace, knowing that your trust in Him will see you through. Stay steadfast, encourage your congregation to hold fast, and keep the faith burning bright. The journey may be arduous, but the victory is assured. Keep pressing on, keep believing, and keep staying with Jesus - for He is always with you. 🙏✨ #StayWithJesus #Perseverance #ChurchLeadership #FaithJourney #DivineStrength #TrustGod #EmpoweredByFaith

Ladies...Do you feel like you have no purpose, or perhaps you know you have a purpose but don't know what it is or how to discover it? I want you to know that God DOES have a purpose for you. He has a plan for your life. Here are a few steps to finding that purpose Prayer and Meditation: Start by praying and seeking guidance from God. Spend time in quiet reflection or meditation, asking God to reveal His purpose. Studying Scripture: Reading and studying the Bible is crucial for each of us to understand God's will and plan for our lives. Perhaps focus on passages that talk about purpose, such as Jeremiah 29:11 ("For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope"). Reflecting on Gifts and Passions: Believe that God equips each person with unique talents, gifts, and passions. Reflecting on these abilities and considering how they can be used to serve others and glorify God can provide insight into your purpose. Seeking Wise Counsel: Consulting with pastors, mentors, or other mature Christians can offer valuable perspectives and advice on discerning your purpose. Serving Others: Engaging in acts of service and ministry can help you discover your purpose by experiencing the joy and fulfillment that comes from helping others and being part of God's work in the world. Remaining Open to God's Lead: Believe that God will guide you in unexpected ways or lead you to new opportunities that align with your purpose. Remaining open and receptive to God's direction is essential in the journey of discovering purpose. Ultimately, discovering purpose is about living in alignment with God's will, seeking to glorify Him in all aspects of life, and fulfilling the unique calling and mission God has for each of us. #developinginnerexcellence #purpusebeyondcircumstance #renewyourmind #Godhasapurposeforyourlife #planandpurpose #discoveryourpurpose

Don’t Speak―Shout Your Victory! “From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3 Praise God. Praise Him in the morning. Praise Him at noon. Praise Him at night. If you’ve never praised God in your life, then get started right now. Praise Him for freedom. Praise Him for healing and Calvary. Praise Him for the Name of Jesus. You ought to be shouting your way to work and shouting your way back home! If there’s anything the devil can’t stand, it’s praise. If you’ve taken territory from the devil and he’s coming against you to get it back, this is not the time to sit down and whine about how things aren’t working out. It’s not time to decide that God has taken His hand off your life. It is time to get into the Word and get yourself re-anchored in God’s promises. It’s time to keep those promises constantly before your eyes and in your heart. It’s time to pray the prayer of faith and take your stand on the basis of His provision. It’s time to continue to do the things you know to do. When Satan starts shaking your mountain, don’t retreat and run for cover. Speak to the mountain with the authority you wield in the Name of Jesus Christ. Then, when you’re done with that, start to praise and shout the victory. You don’t have to be afraid of Satan. He’ll be afraid of you! From Faith to Faith Devotional

Jesus is King! There are two types of leaders: those who manage spreadsheets and those who lead heartbeats! Which are you? Your organization receives a direct impact from how much you love on them and believe in them!
We are seeing in unprecedented numbers that faith has a way of hiding in todays market place. Why? Why is faith a secret in the professional arena? Why don’t we talk about it enough? Are we scared how people might react? You can interview successful people and most would say a driving factor is they have faith. So I would submit then that the challenge is on what or who our faith is foundationally built on directly correlates with the level of excitement, testimony, and acknowledgment of faith in the marketplace. I am convinced that faith in Jesus Christ and his plan for our life is what miraculously produces steadfast obedience and endurance to glue together the blessings that we receive. Faith in Jesus is the reason you are successful. Faith in self is the reason why you are inconsistent. Faith in Jesus is the reason that when you feel like giving up, you persist. Faith in self is the reason you’ve moved careers 10 times because something isn’t clicking. So then the question is where does this faith I so desperatly want come from? It comes from the promises God has for you life! God has a unique plan for you! He’s given you an unbelievable skill set that only you can maximize!! God’s equipped you and all it takes is faith! God’s word never returns void. Read it! Soak it in!! Renew your mind!! Step out in faith today with a fresh, passionate, and contagious faith that God will deliver blessing because HE IS FOR YOU. And since He is for you, who can stand against you? I pray today is your best day in Jesus’ name. 🎵 The Lord bless you and keep you Make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you The Lord turn His face toward you And give you peace Amen, amen, amen May His favor be upon you And a thousand generations And your family and your children And their children, and their children May His presence go before you And behind you, and beside you All around you, and within you He is with you, he is with you 🎵 #faith #Jesus #success #persist #blessing #marketplace

Waiting Upon the Lord: An Act of Deep Faith Waiting upon the Lord is an act of deep faith and trust, especially during times of stress, exhaustion, or when on the brink of giving up. Scripture reassures us of God’s faithfulness during such moments: • Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” • Psalm 27:14 – “Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!” These verses encourage perseverance, promising that in waiting, God will provide strength, courage, and the ability to rise above challenges. Even under immense pressure, our faith in God’s timing renews us. When you’re on the edge, ready to give up, Psalm 62:5-6 reminds us, “For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.” This verse encourages us to remain steadfast, knowing that God is our anchor through trials. Waiting on God does not mean inactivity but trusting Him to work in His perfect timing. As we wait, we grow stronger, both spiritually and emotionally. Keep the faith, for in the waiting, we are being renewed and prepared for God’s promises. Call to Action: Embrace the journey of waiting as a path to spiritual renewal. Spend time in prayer and meditation, seeking God’s presence and guidance. Share your experiences with others, and encourage them to wait upon the Lord. #SpiritualRenewal #Faith #TrustInGod #WaitingOnTheLord #Hope #StrengthInFaith #GodsTiming #Perseverance #leadership #motivation #inspiration

Holy is Holy: From the pulpit this morning. In today’s message, we are reminded of the sacredness of God’s holiness. 👉🏿Too often, we become complacent and take what is holy and treat it as common. This is a dangerous mindset because holiness is set apart; it is not to be diluted by the mundane or made ordinary. AND…. How status quo and indifference can kill more churches than any external enemy. When we stop striving, stop pushing forward in faith, and become indifferent to God’s holiness, we fall into a spiritual sleep. BUT…..But God calls us to perseverance. As Hebrews 10:36 tells us: “You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.” This doesn’t mean we need to manufacture God’s will or force it. God has already made promises to us, and He is faithful to fulfill them in His perfect time. As we were reminded in 2 Peter 3:9: “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” God’s will isn’t about what He wants from us but what He wants for us. There’s a powerful link in that statement. God desires to bless us, to guide us to repentance, and to lead us into the fullness of His promises. Now here’s the SHOUTING PART Reflect on our lives beyond simply sitting in a church pew. God’s call is active—it requires perseverance and faithfulness as we live out His will. Our lives are meant for more than passive attendance; we are called to embody His holiness in every area of our lives. #spiritualgrowth #Message #God #HolySpirit

PRAY FOR YOUR LEADERS Dearly beloved, A popular man of God shared “If you find a perfect church, don't join because you are an imperfect man, and your presence may cause them disunity.” Since the time of Jesus' earthly ministry and ascension till now, His words (“I will build my church, and the gate of hell shall not prevail over it”) remain an assurance of His spirit's continuity abiding with the church in every generation. Whether as a novice starting out in the journey of faith, or as a man learning mastery, Jesus’ words stir our hearts and boost our confidence of building the church. No one has at any time attained perfection, but thanks be to God who through Jesus made grace available to be made perfect in Him through faith. Leaders are an elect of grace, the office they hold wouldn't automatically translate them into spiritual entities, making them liable to making mistakes and commiting errors. Occupying a spiritual office may require a greater level of sacrifice, however, it doesn't take away the reality of being a mortal man—weariness would set in. Understand that your role and duty as a follower is not only to watch them execute their tasks with so many expectations from you, but also seek to relieve them of burdens they'd never tell. Spiritual men and leaders need a great level of support if they will not fail in their assigments. Don't just sit and watch things done, be instead part of those who through prayers and supplications set things right. Your daily prayers will go a long way in affecting every leadership era, this is your major contribution in addition to the helping hands you should bring towards advancing kingdom’s work and mandate. Pray for them when they make mistakes, pray for them when they make you happy, pray for them when they are falling, pray upon their request, pray even when they don't charge you to, and pray to keep them moving—PRAY, BRETHREN, PLEASE PRAY. 1 Thessalonians 5:25 Brethren, pray for us. Hebrews 13:18 Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly. #FINAL_ADMONITION #LETTERTOTHECHURCH #DAY18 #AUGUST #2024 © ADEBAYO, Simon Victor #ASVict #KingScribe #KingMaker #ASVictGlobe

What Makes You An Overcomer? Let’s look at First John 5:1-5, “Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And His commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” This is a very needed word in our lives today. Man working for God is one thing, but God working in man is another. What we have in our world today is a system of religion that encourages us to work for God. This kind of work is frustrating and fruitless most of the time. But when we finally see the truth, it is actually God who works in man. This truth will be the game changer. Victory is a gift I receive in the person of Jesus Christ. Victory is not something I win, but Someone I receive in my life. John asked a critical question, “Who is it that overcomes the world?” How will you answer this question today? Only the one who believes Jesus is God's Son can experience true victory. That is not my opinion, but that is straight from the Word of God. Challenge for today: Make a list of those things that you struggle with. What mountains are sitting right in front of you? Are you trusting God for the strength and the wisdom to overcome? I encourage you not to shrink back and withdraw from the challenge. There is victory in a relationship with Jesus Christ. He has given you everything you need to overcome. #devotional Man Up (Hit Link Below to Order on Amazon) https://lnkd.in/eDSQ88xA

DEVOTIONAL – All Things Are Possible As you read today’s inspirational message, we pray that this message will bless you, inform you, and that you will be the better for having read it. If blessed by this message, please share so that others may be blessed as well. Amen. Have an awesome day in the Lord. Continued blessings. All Things Are Possible aDevotion.org MARK 9:23 NKJ 23 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." From our early years we are educated in what is impossible. But progress continues to be made by people who attempt the impossible and achieve it. Some have said that mankind's only real obstacle is between our two ears. We ARE limited by what we believe, according to Jesus. So, how can we change what we believe? Only by getting new evidence, which is available from the Word of God. MATTHEW 17:20 NKJ 20 So Jesus said to them, "Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. A conventional approach will not achieve the "impossible." It will require being different from the crowd, who probably won't understand you or support you. Speaking to things and telling them to move, as Jesus taught, is certainly not conventional. Acting differently than everyone else can be scary. It's like getting out of the boat to walk on water. But do you want conventional results? As you read the Bible and see the instructions God gave us, you will usually find them unconventional. But the person who acts on God's Word will be blessed. SAY THIS: All things are possible! #KWMinistries #dailydevotional
