If you want to improve existing and often good things even better 💡, you won't be able to do this from your desk 🖥️ at the office alone. Rather, it is important to leave your comfort zone to take over the perspective 🕶️ of your counterpart and look at things from a different angle 🙃. In the past few days, I had the great opportunity to do just that with our colleagues from JUMO Spain 🇪🇸. We openly discussed what we are already good at, but also where we can still improve 🏆. Only if we know where we still see potential 📈 for optimization and then tackle this together 🙌 can we have even greater success in the future. In addition to internal meetings, this also included discussions with our customers on site. Because only if we know their needs 🧞♂️and incorporate them into our considerations will we be able to expand our partnership relationships even further. In this month’s issue of “Meet the Kramers”, we’re happy to introduce Anders Bjurefors, Inside Sales Agent, Sweden, Kramer EMEA! 🎉 - Tell us a bit about yourself “I’m Anders and have been working at Kramer Nordics for more than 2 years. I live in Sweden. I spend a lot of time going out with friends, playing lots of sports such as football and paddling, and working out a lot. I’ve played football since I was a little kid, but now it’s only for exercise – not in a competitive way. I started paddling at the beginning of the Corona when it became popular here in the Nordics. It’s fun. I work at the sales department, responsible for specific accounts in Sweden, order registrations in Kramer Nordics, and I also support the operations and finance.” - What do you like the most about working at Kramer? “I like the fact that it’s a company that is always developing in two channels: the organization itself, and it allows personal and professional development. I’ve learned a lot since I started working at Kramer and I’ve received more responsibilities. We have a great team in the Nordics, with great people, and I look brightly into the future.” - What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now? “We’re preparing for the Kramer roadshow. We’ll be visiting three locations: Gothenburg, Helsinki, and Stockholm. It’s a good opportunity to meet with customers and show our latest developments in our portfolio, such as our new virtual brain, KDS-100, our new touch panels, VIA 4.0, and the new switch as part of Series 3.” - What did you learn while working at Kramer? “I’ve learned how a functional global company works.
