In 2023, The Female Roundtable launched our Leadership Development channel called LeadFirst IQ , designed to help leaders build impactful skills. For the first time in history, there are 5-generations of workers in the workforce. We have never experienced this type of generational gap at work as leadership approaches have gone through many changes. Leadership looks different today than it did last year or the year before, and it directly influences workforce engagement, productivity, and career longevity. How are you helping your leaders adapt to the new leadership demands? According to Gallup’s recent survey (April 2024), “51% of your employees are actively seeking a new role.” One of the critical pieces of a work environment people are searching for today is development. At LeadFirst IQ, we work to protect the potential in your talent pools to minimize any operational or client disruptions and future proof your business. In August, we are offering our Emerging Leader class focused on manager/supervisor level employees who are struggling to lead. They may experience difficulty in presenting ideas, limitations in getting buy-in toward common goals or struggle to manage conflict. We can help and support your employee to get on track and develop confidence in their work. The 3 key outcomes from this class include: 1. Remain optimistic and motivated to achieve outcomes beyond expectations. 2. Operate with a collaborative leadership style focused on empathy and accountability. 3. Clarity and understanding of the role, purpose, and values from where to gain trust and respect from teams, managers, peers, or supervisors. Enroll today at https://bit.ly/3S3E2Ny. You may also download the course brief at https://bit.ly/4cF8xSi. We look forward to working with you! #leadership #growth #development #courage #clarity #trust
