Assistant Brand Manager: Primarily focused on execution, with some strategy and minimal management and leadership responsibilities. 2. Brand Manager: Balance shifts, with execution decreasing and more focus on strategy and management. 3. Marketing Director: Management takes a leading role, with execution further reduced and leadership starting to play a more significant part. 4. VP/CMO: Leadership becomes the primary focus, with execution almost nonexistent and management responsibilities still important but reduced. I don't spend as much time in nighclubs as I used to but I can tell you exactly what Jägermeister is and what it stands for. And I like it. It's a brand that feels wholly comfortable in it's own skin. For such a weird product that's pretty much a miracle. It might have something to do with this quote from Stindt: "I go to the venues that sell our drinks, I spend time with our sales team in the field. I talk to our customers who work behind the bar.
